Frustrated with Old Mutual

Old Mutual is the worst investment company. I will never invest anything with them. Firstly, it was a funeral cover, I had to bury my mother without payment of funeral cover, Metropolitan Life and 1life paid the same day. Now I am struggling and waiting for payment of my pension, and I submitted all the documentation. Every time I call and send emails I get the same response that it is waiting for authorisation. This is the second month now.
