Frustrated over funeral claim
I am super frustrated OLD MUTUAL is Not trustworthy, i put on a funeral claim and i was told that my claim went for assessment . the funeral was supposed to be last weekend, nobody communicates until i made a call to find out about the claim only to be met by rude and arrogant consultant who dropped the call on my ear, i had to call everyday until i gave up. if you ask for a manager or a person to escalate the matter to you are told that the manager is not available Customer service sucks.....I am still angry
