Frustrated customer

Worst ****! I once had an investment account with them, cancelled and it still continued to debit after going to the branch 3 times for the same thing ! It eventually stopped . Almost a year later after cancelling I got a debit order with the description OMMAXPERLS . It’s the same reference description that is linked to the account when my account was still active with them. How possible is that. Sabotaging my credit score over nothing !
