I cancelled my policy with them on the 11 of October 2021 and payment was made to my account on 14 October 2021, on the 15th of October 2021 they deducted again l went to a branch to request a refund on the 1st of December 2021 they processed my request and said it will take up to a month to receive it but it never came through l went to check again on the 2/2/2022 they said it will be processed within 2 days, l haven't received it even today
