Frustrated and disappointed

I am so dissatisfied with the service i am receiving from old Mutual i submitted a claim on the 28 of December 2019 on the 3rd of January i had to submit another documents i am still waiting for them to pay me out. this morning i went to old Mutual southgate i was the only client i waited for 10 minutes no one assisted. I just need old Mutual to pay the money asap its been 8days already its do frustrating
