Frustrated!!!

I think I've made a decision not to do any kind of business with old mutual ever again. It's debilitating having to go back to the same branch (Randfontein Village Square) all the time for something I believe should've been sorted out on the 17th of June 2024. The last SMS I got was that I'll get my money within 3-5 working days, after I've been there for the 3rd time 7-8 days ago, and I still haven't gotten anything. It's not even a large sum of money to be causing such a delay and frustration. The trip is costing us time and money, of which I doubt that they even understand that. I'm beginning to think that this company is a **** honestly. We walk away with surety, only to come back again 10 times frustrated. What's so hard about assisting clients accordingly? Beats me. But it's a lesson learnt, now I know where NOT go if it concerns my hard earned money.
