FRUSTRATED
I requested some of my investment money from my tax free policy. They delayed to payout my money. I had to call on numerous times calling different departments to get an update on my request. When calling the department which processes payments, I was told they did not receive my documents whereas I had already sent them to the advisor. I had to call again because of network, and one of the consultant hanged up on me.It took even more days for them to process my documents.
I then decided to cancel all my investment and RA policies as I felt they delay to send my money when requested. I emailed my Cancellation on 16 May and to date I have still haven't received my money and they are still debuting from my account. I expected the money on 31 May or somewhere then since they it takes approximately 9 to 11 working days.
They respond to emails but don't give an update on the process of cancellation.
At this point I am frustrated and would never recommend their services to anyone. I do not trust them with my money long term.

05 Jun 2019, 08:10The advisor you are referring to is not even responding to my emails. I have been cc him in the emails I've been sending. To date I haven't received my money and Old mutual is still debating from my account after I requested cancellation on 16 May.
