Frustrated!!!!!!

I dont know what has changed with Old Mutual but they have become very frustrating. From changing debit orders willy nilly to not answering calls. I tried to call to sort out this issue but my calls were not rep**** to. I called 3 times and the length of my calls were 15 to 20 minutes. Its aggravating and makes me lose faith in my unsurer
