frustrated
i have invested money with Old Mutual in 2015. i made two withdrawals i now want to pay my university registration and fees. i tried to withdraw part to able me to go to school and i am told that is under restrictions. i cannot now go to school because of restrictions on my money. i am told that i can access the funds in 2020, meaning i have to wait until 2020.
