Frustrated
I have been trying to cancel this specific policy with them since the end of January 2026. Every month, they deduct money from my pay slip and take their time to refund me. Now I am still awaiting a refund for April 2026, and still this policy is showing as a deduction on my May salary advice. I was told in March 2026 that this policy was canceled, but still money is being deducted.
