Frustrate and gatvol of old mutual

I opened up 3 policies with old mutual,this is now the 2nd month that one of my policies gets deducted twice,when you phone in they quick to tell you that you need to fill in a refund form,and for a bladdy cheek tells you that you have to wait 6 to 12 working days till your money is paid back to you,they are quick to come to your house to open a policy but when it comes to queries they just dont give a ****, I AM SO GAT VOL OF OLD MUTUAL,THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF ******* IN SUITES,*********** THE POOREST OF THE POOR, I AM REALLY CONSIDERING ANOTHER POLICY COMPANY,AND PLS PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM OLD MUTUAL VANGATE MALL,ALL BUNCH OF IDIOTS WORKING THERE
