Fruad Old Mutual

This is *****! Old Mutual is the worst company, I ever had to deal with regards to a claim. Its going on a year now, my claim nr *** is still under review, for almost 365 days. I have cancelled all my policies with them, if you trust them to pay anything out, you are making a grave mistake! They will not! I could not work for 3 months and had to pay 3000 rand for hospital papers to be submitted and a year later they are asking me to re submit the same papers!!!! Nevermind the phone bill, getting put on hold for 10min. And NO ONE NOT EVEN THE MANGER OF THE GEORGE BRANCH CAN GET HOLD OF SOMEONE AT THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT, UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!!!!! PLEASE if you are with Old mutual, move to another one company asap, you or your family will not be paid out! This is a simple impairment claim, imagine a life cover! Your family will die of hunger! That I can guarantee you!
