Fruad case pending

I filed a Complaint on January Last year 2025 where I noticed on my salary advice that some amount being deducted by Old mutual without my consent. It's be dragging since January 2025 till today I have been going to their branches maybe about 3 or 4 times to make a follow up but nothing was happening. Last few weeks I received an sms from Old mutual saying they have finalized my fruad case Complaint and my money will be payed within 20 working days with Reference number: CEB***. That 20 days passed on the 11th of this month 2026, no update no nothing, please help me get my money back. Thank you My Name is Siyabonga Keswa.
