I recently noticed that on my payslip there is a policy from old mutual that is deducting money from my salary. I contacted old mutual and they couldn't find any policy under my name they then requested the policy number that shows on my payslip and to my surprise I was told its a funeral cover for some person I don't even know. That is ***** old mutual is *****ing money from my salary I need this to be corrected with immediate effect and I want to be fully refunded with all the premiums ****** from my salary.

12 Jul 2019, 12:55I am still waiting for feedback from Old mutual. I submitted all documents I was told to submit but I didn't receive any acknowledgement or confirmation that my documents were received. That's so frustrating and I can't contact the people who are dealing with this enquiry.
