Froud ,rude ,bad customer service with our money

I have a retirement with Old mutual that I always wanted to close and get my full payment.i was never happy with Old Mutual since they always trend with froud and bad customer service.it is being three years now asking for my retirement money and they tell me about 55years. now government introduce two port system that will take place on the 1 September 2024. I went to the branch and they tell me that my money will be available only in December 2024.Old mutual never disappoint with their froud. What is from with this company called Old mutual.
