From the 19/09/24 till the 24/09/24 I've tried applying for the money from the savings pot,but everything I tried at the end it gives me an error message saying something went wrong,please type menu to start again or contact our call centre,I've called the call centre numerous times from the 19/09/24 till the 23/09/24 with no joy,with many consultants giving different info that never benefit me or help me,yesterday I spoke to a manager by the name of Lance,I explained my situation to him and he told me there is an issue that the IT is resolving and he will log a job for the error im having,said he will get back to me before the close of business on the out come with my problem,but he never get back to me or assist with any way of going forward to receive my money
