I contacted Old Mutual to cancel one of the policies that was no longer needed and spoke to Thabang with the contact number of *** but instead he opened two new policies without my consent, when I contact Old Mutual to get the recording of the call and to cancel they are redirecting me to a department that is not answering the calls I would like to file a complaint and open a *****ulent case
