From excellent customer service to zero customer experience.

I have been trying to speak to someone in the Group Schemes Policy since the 12th August 2020, when you send the query via email, an automated email comes back, the call centre is the worst of it all, its either no one answers or they send you from pillar to post. On the 19th August 2020 I was holding for more than 20 minutes and decided to hang up as I'm getting no joy from Old Mutual. Just pay me my money for the closed policy and I will shop around as clearly your standards have dropped drastically. Old Mutual is not what it used to be like in our parents times.
