From bad to worse
I had a retirement annuity with old mutual but decided to surrender it because there are Not transparent and honest. I was told the money would be deposited into my account in 21 days, it’s been 25 days and counting. I’m told they are still verifying with sars. Mind you the reason i surrendered the policy was because of the bad service my family received after my dad’s death….their service has gone from bad to worse
