A big thank you to Thokozani Shabalala from the Mtubatuba branch of Old Mutual. This morning I came into the branch to report a discrepency on my atm withdrawal. He immediately assisted me in a friendly and profesional manner and filled out the necessary paperwork. My query was lodged within 10 minutes. An hour later my money was returned to my account. Good work young man. Keep it up.
