********** policy made
*****s!!!! They stole information and created a policy and are running debit orders every month! Beyond pathetic service!!!!!

We will investigate the matter and resolve with you directly.
Old Mutual only issue new policies after we received a signed application form. We will therefore get the application form and determine who was involved in issuing a policy you did not sign for. We will take disciplinary action and any further steps that should be followed which will include making a case with the South African Police for *****, if an Old Mutual staff member is involved in committing a crime.
Any policies issued without your consent will be cancelled and all premiums will be refunded to you.
