********** POLICY LOADED

<p>One the 21-02-2016 I called through to complain about a Financial Consultant Kurt Crowie with whom I did not agree to take the Life Insurnace with I was just looking for a quotation. He then went ahead and put the policy through. I did not agree it to. I put a complaint through and nobody has contacted me back. To date I am still waiting for someone to get back to me with regards to this. Today I call through as the consultant is harrasing me with this policy. Nothing is placed on the system. I called his Manager Jacob at the Westville Branch and I am waiting a response. THIS CONSULTANT IS FORCEFULL HIS A **** AND A FRUADSTER HOW CAN YOU DISCUSS SOEMTHING AND THEN OUT IT THROUGH??? HIS CLEARLY NOT WORKING FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF THE COMPANY AND JUST FOR HIS OWN COMMMISSION. I WANT THIS MATTER RESOLVED</p>
