********** Policy Application- Old Mutual

I realized that a broker from old mutual **********ly made a funeral policy application using my credentials. I went to Mitchell's Plain old mutual to remove the policy they told me there must be a transaction first. Why must there be a transaction when I am telling someone this is a ********** policy. I need this policy removed from my payslip. I am taking my personal time going up and to remove this policy.
