The Old Mutual Finance (Pty) Ltd had **********ly issued a default judgement under my name for an unknown loan. Apparently, according to them, I requested a loan from them in 2013 and the same was issued and filed at Roodepoort court in 2018 without my knowledge of any summons. None the less, the detailed loan statement that they've forwarded doesn't match any of my personal details as the debited days of the loan were very different from my payday dates. I personally wouldn't have given any source to debit my account a day or 2 days after my payday. I am so agitated to a boiling point as nothing makes sense with the statement that they've forwarded. I am now being told that I have signed an acknowledgement of some sort with their tracers, which I didn't. My credit record is a mess now because of an unknown 2013 debt that was only filed at the Roodepoort court only in 2018 from a debt that occurred in 2013, filed with a different amount according to their statement. Old Mutual better sort out this mess immediately as I am taking this matter further with the Office of the Ombud for Financial Services Providers.
