Since August I have niticed that there was a policy that I dont know abt which am paying for from Ol mutual, the policy of 2 people added as my beneficiaries, I lodged a complaint n was promised dat my case is being investigated, I submitted everything regarding my refund n opened the case, until today I have not been contacted , I have been there 3 times already n am told the same story they are stil investigating, I said I understandyou are investigating now it has been 6 months n my money is being deducted so according to them I should watch my money wasted wit the hope that they wil refund me? No am fed up, so disappointedby even allowing your ******** brokers to ***** from us using us to get commission while we suffer in poverty, have I not checked my policy I would be paying for the policy that wont even benefit anyone because I dont even know those people added for me. A pure crime n u are allowing it by abusing your clients to pay gor 6 months or more for your calessness of exposing our information to your brokers they even changed my cell number on the system. I was told to call Shadley investigating officer of which doesnt even respond to my calls.case number CEB *** Ref GFS ***. I am tired of paying now.
