********** documents with Old Mutual

I checked my credit score on line and it shows that I had a problem with one of my accounts. I called credit bureau same time. To my surprise it's from Old Mutual. I told them that I only have I only have two things which I can not mention on line and I app**** for long ago about 6-8 years ago. I went straight to old mutual at Bayside Mall to find out. I was told about ********** documents that I submitted. I asked for what? And I did not get a clear answer. They then requested for my 5 signatures which were sent on the first week of December to their forensic department. I was told to wait for 21 days. I went to Old Mutual (Bayside Mall) on the 6th of January I was told the lady who assisted me is off she will be back on the 12 including the manager as they are the ones who access with forensic. I went back on the 14th I was told the manager is not there she will be at work on the 15th. The other one has COVID 19. I came to hello Petter as I am very upset with this company my name is been dragged into the mud and they refused to give me the name of the person that I submitted the so called ********** documents and to tell me reason of this submission. I want answers as I am in a process of buying a new house. They are wasting my time and my petrol as this started end of November. You are a big brand but what you are doing to us you denting your image with unnecessary things that you should avoid by providing evidence on spot. Your forensic is failing you. You many negative comments.
