********** disgraceful company.

So someone supposedly tried to use my ID number to get a loan from Old Mutual, Old Mutual then flagged the application as ***** and then proceeded to list my ID with South African ***** prevention services so my Id wouldn’t be allowed to used for any credit services. I called Old Mutual ***** department and they asked for me to provide an affidavit, certified ID and signature specimens so they could investigate and remove my name. I sent them all documents required and here I am 6 months later with no resolution and no feedback from them.

Whenever I call Wade Atkins from the ***** department he tells me he will follow up with the assigned investigator but never gets back to me. I have impeccable credit score which I can’t even use because my ID is listed by Old Mutual. I need to beg to get any assistance from them. Right now I can’t get any sort of home loans, car finance, and I can’t even renew any of my cellphone contracts because of this. My life is in limbo because of Old Mutual. I am not even a client of theirs but I am in their mercy. You guys are ruining my life and no one seems to care.
