Old mutual has been **********ly deducting R1056.00 from my salary since 15 July 2019 without my consent. I lodged a complaint at their Ghandi Square branch in Joburg CBD on the 18th May 2020 with case ref number CEB ***. I have been to their offices every month since then with no assistance as they still debited in September. I have requested to see the copy of the contract and been told of Covid-19 and people working from home. I am currently paying for 4 different people (policies) thru my work Persal account. My last option if i dont get any assistance will be to complain with the ombudsman as this is day light *******.
