********** debit order from Old Mutual

I have received a debit order of R102 in December I disputed it then deduct again now in April 20th after 4 months for the same amount, I can't dispute this debit order as they placed a stop or something on it, what a never! yet I have no business or policy or account with old mutual that I know off. What ****ed me off is the fact that they placed something on the debit order so that I won't be able to dispute its even worse. The reference on the debit order : OLDMUTUAL ***4BC null. Please action and and stop de*****ing people thinking they won't come after you. If you want sales do they right thing and follow FAIS regulations
