********** behaviour

Extremely poor service. Their agents are engaging in ********** activities , one came to my school convincing me to take a policy, ddnt want to join, so politely said maybe next time, especially now I dont have all necessary documents. To my surprise he had the documents with him. Out of fear asked where and how he got hold of all that he said he knows people, and don't have to worry about not having kids certificates because for him getting them is just a minute call. I openly refused to join because that to me seemed ***** and **********. Surprisingly in one month my salary was debited, waited for salary advice to see" Bang" old mutual policy. By just talking to him he joined me and that's *****. The Burgersfort branch so useless, they say I need to write cancelation letter for what I ddnt join to gt my money back. They returned partially 1 month's and now started again wth debit. Surprisingly they say the guy is being investigated, but still they continue processing all ********** papers he claims to have got from clients, which I viewed as condoning that *****
