********** and unhappy service

I'm disappointed in the service level of OMI as I have been de*****ed by their own consultants by using my persal number writing up a policy without my consent it has been 11 years and I have reported the matter at the Pretoria and to assistance at all and then reported again at Midrand branch still nothing I got an sms informing me that I should go and fill surrender forms and all will be refunded back to me within 21days and it has been more than 30days I'm so dissapointed at the service level and the ********** activities with their consultants I'm currently a victim of their poor service and *****.
