********** activity my Old mutual

I have been trying to get my oldmutual money account cancelled since they closed the card without my consent and the was money in the account and one of their branch stated that the accounts were active from their side and they don't know why the card is closed. I simply asked for the funds in the account to be moved to the other back but then they could not do that since from 18 December walking up and down from their branches even called their call center and they gave me a lot of different case reff numbers sending me from one branch to another. I only want the money in the account before I sue them millions of Rand's. I would not recommend anyone to use Old mutual money account at all
