I'm 2021 January 03 I lost my mom,both me and her we were using old mutual,so when she passed on I reported and claim at Field street branch,to my surprise they create another policy and debit my late mom bank that I was told that it's closed but they were debiting the money until march this year and I enquire no response until this date
