********** Account/ Unauthorized debit orders

I have had an issue with Old Mutual regarding unauthorized debit orders that have been going off from my old inactive Standard Bank account. I went to an Old Mutual branch on Church Street in Pietermaritzburg CDB to escalate this matter and they ensured me that the ********** debit orders have been cancelled and the matter would be further escalated. But to my surprise Standard Bank finds that the debit orders are still going off. This is causing the Standard Bank account to accumulate exorbitant bank charges that I cannot afford to pay. This Old Mutual account was registered under my profile even thought the names that appear on the account I do not recognize. I communicated this with the advisor and served them with all the bank statements they required. Bottom line is I never authorized any of this and it needs to be rectified once and for all.
