The worst terrible experience with the branch and the company showing that y'all are de*****ing people with their money you do not and you lie to people how you can make their lives easy however that's the total opposite . And your stuff members seems to be trained to rob people of their money and disrespect clients/ customers you can not speak to a customer and even try to pull out a fight with their money that they not even owning but investing with let it what amount it is but for the mere fact that an individual is contributing towards a salary cause obviously the company would run down if people didn't take their products of what they have. This proves should one die my family would be in trouble with cash out and what ever the case may be how can it be that you tell a person they didn't pay their policy but when you attempted to debit it went through and it even allowed me to cash out now when the money is supposed to clear out it's not coming out there are stores. I want my money back and leave this ********** of company and move on to better company that knows how to treat clients and a proper customer service way
