I took a premium holiday for 3 months in March , begin of June I start getting sms that my premiums are behind. I called oldmutual and followed the whatsapp option to resolve the issue. Their whatsapp responded saying there is no issues with my premium and I can email *** which I did and didn't receive any response. I called someone I know who works in house for oldmutual and he didn't see any issue on system so I thought it's fine it was just system issue until I received sms saying my policies have lapsed and paid up.
