is old mutual legit guys, i sound like their consultant are the one doing dirty especially with death claims, so my baby dad didn't have an id due to floods so he asked me it his policy fund be deposited to my account, so this consultant who was helping his start communicating with me as he needed an Affidavit and a copy of the ID, same was sent to him, it was a thursday when he called to say he received everything the money has been deposit to my account by friday k fine, then he calls baby dad and says to him the money will delay because he's not using his account that sounds stupid to me now me and him are having a fight coz now he was told that the money has been deposited, comes weekend til its end no money. k he goes to old mutual again monday the consultant is on leave bad they find my ID and affidavit in his desk not proceeds, now we deal with a new guy and i ask him, do you now that the POPI act has been violated he say"don't worry about that it will be sorted out" then consultant 2 call baby dad and tells him that they will deposit R10 000 i ask why C@ say because there is loadshedding and i ask so loading shedding only processes less amount he says i don't know that they said i a say that, this C2 doesn't even have is Manager number or email address Old mutual West Street this matter is escalate fast
