Missing Pension Fund money

I can't believe the run around we have been through. My mother transferred her pension fund after years of slaving away in government to Old Mutual. Who advices her incorrectly, she requested one thing and the advisor did another. Forcing her to take an option she didn't want, when she said she didn't want the option he gave her, he did it anyway. Initially she was being transferred from pillar to post as she was told the funds were untraceable and then they were found after I wrote to Old mutual on twitter now the funds can't be released back to her of which she never agreed to the option the financial advisor gave her and was the reason she left her first financial advisor.

My mom is being Transferee from pillar to post and now she has laid a complaint with the FSB of which the issue has been investigated for 5 months now and she hasn't received feedback at all.

Can someone PLEASE contact us because we are tired and my mother needs her money back.
