***** suspicion Court Order

I am suspicious of ***** around my claim. It has now been 10 months since my partner passed away. I am Beneficiary to his old mutual pension fund. I have contacted old mutual countless times and my problem is still unresolved. I have sent all the documents needed for this claim yet they go missing for some reason. I wrote numerous complaint emails and no response. I was told that the claim was put on hold by the brother whom has no say or authority over this claim. Why hasn't old mutual contacted me in this regard. I am in the process of getting a court order against old mutual because I suspect the funds has already been paid out to the brother and old mutual is trying to cover it up.
