***** old mutual

It was 2010 when I took funeral cover at old mutual. And other investment. While times goes I realize I need money urgently. I have to cancel the investment instead to make loans. They told me if I have 5 years without claiming I will get cash back. Utill today I never been receiving cash back from old mutual but every year they don't forget to remind me the money is increase. On last year 2016 I took another investment for 2000 ever month then in this year 2017 July they increase by R120 which is 2120 every month. and I also add retirement on this year July 2017 for 800 every month. now at September I bought a house so I'm running shot of funds. I decided to take my money at old mutual which is R24360 from last year October utill now September. On Saturday on the 09/09/2017 I went to they office to tell them I need my money. They told me I will only get R16900. I ask where is the rest? Old mutual told me is for the charges. I was shocked the changes for R8360? As old mutual been getting interested with my money for the whole year. They told me that money will be in my account within 48 hrs. I cancelled even retirement because I can see this company is for crocks. As they debited 3 time which isR2400 plus R 24360 all together is R26760. They told me only R 18000 I will get.

Worse I didn't receive that money whole week. Day before yesterday old mutual transfer R1091.83. Where is my other money. I can advise people to go and check they money if they have any investment or policy at old mutual to avoid disppoited. If I can't get my money today I swear I will expose this crocks company via all social media and network. I already email wendy knowler. I need my money today as they make empty promises on Saturday utill today Friday is still 48hrs. What the crocks. I don't advise people to continue with this company. I also need my cash back as now is 7 years I have this funeral cover. Imagine I suppose to be doing all the transfers for house I'm praying old mutual with my money. I need it now.
