I am really disappointed by both old mutual and avbob. Both avbob and old mutual have been deducting money from my payslip for policies I did not sign up for. I reported to both companies. Avbob is taking long to refund me all my money they are paying me in drips and drabs and clearly they have not stopped their representatives from committing ***** because the same person went and signed me with old mutual . Old mutual!!!! Even though I reported the ***** from the first month that I noticed the deduction on my payslip but to this day they are still deducting R454 on my payslip.I went to their branch in South gate mall and did not get any assistance in fact there's nothing on their system about the ********** deductions. I have sent documents but there's always something missing. What I don't understand why have they not stopped the deduction immediately. What is worse is that for all these companies it's nice to deduct but it's very hard to refund. Why am I wasting my money driving up and down and calling companies that I did not sign up with. This is so painful
