***** at old mutual

Late last month I received a call from an old mutual advisor asking me about an unpaid policy that I had with them,i was so surprised as i had never took any policy with the company she advised me to g to an old mutual branch, I then collected my payslip to go with,to my surprised there were two policies which I did not know about I went to Ladysmith branch with al the neccessary documents I asked who I took the policy from the advisor told he can't see who then i requested a call from them t know the person who signed the document for me which I didn't till today I have not received a call from them or not got my money back. At my expense I tried calling the company I waited for over an hour on the call and not receiving and help. I have not received my money back and do not know who forged y signature with them. I have so any questions for them but can't seem to find answers please help me I want my money BACK and want to know who the person is that used my details to take a policy with them.
