***** at its best!

I am disgusted by this company!!!! I have been ****med into two ***** cases in the last 2 years, where money gets deducted from my salary for a policy that has been taken out on my ID number without my consent. I had no clue of these policies.. I literally saw it on my payslip as a stop order. When I went to the branch to enquire about the deductions, first thing they did was ask my ID number, to my horror the persons face that popped up was not mine. Iv reported this incident for 2 years now, and nothing has come from it. I am so upset! Even after reporting it, it’s still being deducted! Honestly, this is not on. I’m super frustrated. All these deductions add up over the months to a big amount! I’m basically paying for someone else’s policy. I didn’t sign anything,I didn’t give consent, nothing! This is ***** at its best! I just want my money returned and all this nonsense stopped! Please help!
