***** and no reply
This is the second time a ********** policy has been opened in my name. I have been struggling for months to get a hold of old mutual to no avail, also no reply to my emails. Their customer service and complaints department are unacceptably ***********. I was considering taking out a policy with them, but they have totally changed my mind. I have never struggled like this in my life anywhere else. I have been on hold for over an hour and still no answer. Terrible.
