In 2015 I had life cover with old mutual from green light the insurence was deducting money via stop order.. In 2019 I added my sisters on it, Then on 15May 2020 I went to oldmutual to check my policies to my suprise my life cover lapsed in October 2019..i never received any letter nor email stating that my policy lasped.. I findout that I had a new pocily that started in January 2020..signitures that are there are not ours.. Nor my husband or my child.. Ever since I knew this I never slept at night I had terrible headache knowing that I don't have life cover for my children.. I hate oldmutual please help me as I am traumitised with this thing..
