Do not take out any insurance policy with old mutual as your details are not safe on their systems. I am going to open a case against this company today still as I found out policies was opened on my and fruadulant policies were opened on my name and signed for by an employee from old mutual who I don’t know , which I never had contact with . I tried getting information but the Manager is Phumzile Mpumi who approved this documents the Sales Advisor *****ed. The sales advisor is Mrs Khumbuzile Tamari Goosebell. This people should be dismissed. Old mutual was unable to tell me which branch she is working at. Not sure if they were trying to prevent anything from happening to them. But I am so unsatisfied that my bank details and all other personal details were used **********. I will never trust this company again, I will never advise anybody to use this insurance company and I am going to have this put in the news paper and a case made against the company since you were of no help assisting me. Proof is on your system and my bank statement for ***** debits.
