On the 8 January 2021 I went to withdraw cash from my tax free savings account to pay school fees. I was told that I need to close the account because it doesn't allow me to withdraw and advise I was given by the person who helped me. I closed the account. When I got paid on the 15th the same account I closed took money from my payslip. I went on the 18th January to request a refund because my tax free savings account is closed. I was told within 10 days I will receive my money. Month end still nothing not even communication from old mutual. I went there on the 1st of Feb and I was told that the money will be in my account on the 3rd but still nothing today. I don't know why old mutual doesn't want to pay me my money back. I want my money back. What they are doing is ***** because that is my money and I don't owe them. I want my money back and the fact that I have to go to them for feed back makes me sick. So unprofessionalism and unreliable with my money. They took money from my payslip and now to pay me back is a struggle. *****
