Old Mutual service is terrible. Someone borrow money at old mutual (Loan) using my details, I didn't know anything until I app**** for a home loan with Nedbank and I was told that I am black listed by Old Mutual. I never received a call from Old Mutual about the loan, I don't even bank with them. It was around October when I went there to sort this out, but guess what they never sorted it out as a results I cannot buy a house now. Old Mutual is only good at send people up and down. Even they Forensics Department is just useless because you never get a straight answer. I don't even know why I opened a funeral policy with them because they are ***********.
