Old Mutual staff member *******ly used my ID. I found out when I got my credit report. I sent old mutual a complain and they said I must send proof, I sent them the report and they have never bothered to come back to me. It's been a month now.

This matter was referred to our Forensics department, who require the following in order to proceed with their investigation:
Ø An affidavit setting out the facts of the matter
Ø A clear copy of your Identity Document
Ø 5 specimen signatures
On receipt of the above, this matter will receive their further attention.
Can you please provide the Forensic team with this information so that that may resolve the matter with you urgently?

22 Feb 2018, 07:44Old Mutual responded telling me that it's hard to believe the staff member did it deliberately because he is the highest sales person in the business. To resolve my problem they would remove the enquiry on my credit report and they have not done that. I got my new credit report and it's still there
