I am an intern in one of the city of Johannesburg entity, I was sure i would be permanent next year(2018) when my contract end(31 December 2017 ). On the 31 August 2017 they were hosting women's day so few companies came like Old mutual, i did sing papers for funeral cover for my mom n daughter but i did not submit any documents(my id copy,my mom`s id copy, my Daughter`s birth certificate and my pay slip), so they said they will call and i should bring my documents. I didn't get any call form the Old mutual personnel.During September i got a letter and sms that state i did not submit my documents so i am not covered. Month end October they deducted R216 from my pay slip, I got my payslip from HR on the 31 October and i went straight to Old mutual to cancel because January 2018 i will be unemployed, they cancelled it and i was told they will send an email and sms for cancellation, of which i didn't get. Thurstday 23 November i went to recheck if it is cancelled because i never got the promised sms and email, I was told its cancelled. Today they deducted again R216
